This site is intended for University of Edinburgh students in Zoë Payne's tutorial groups for Philosophy of Science 1.

Course and tutorial information

The Philosophy of Science 1 course website: Make sure you check out this site for the course guide, lecture notes and overheads as well as the essay questions from which you will need to choose your coursework essay titles.

The tutorial topics and reding for each week are now available on this site. Please visit the tutorial schedules page for more details.

If you are registered for tutorials it is important that you attend. If, for any reason, you cannot then please email me to let me know why. If you do not, then your absence will be marked as unexplained, and if you have unexplained absences then you may not be able to get an exemption from the degree exam.
