At prophase, XINCENP is at discrete spots along the chromosome arms.	At metaphase, XINCENP is concentrated at the centromeres.	At anaphase, XINCENP is present at the central spindle and the cell cortex.

At early prophase, XAurB is diffuse throughout the nucleus.	At prometaphase, XAurB is at centromeres and also along the central axis of the chromosome arms.	At metaphase, XAurB is at centromeres.	At telophase, XAurB is at the midbody.
