Aurora-B localization in Drosophila

In all images Aurora-B is coloured red, tubulin is green and DNA is blue.

Interphase. No AurB is apparent in the nuclei. Prometaphase. AurB appears first of all at the centromere. Metaphase. Eight spots of staining corresponding to the eight centromeres are obvious. Early anaphase, AurB is about to transfer to the spindle. Telophase. AurB locates at the midbody.
