This is a two-day conference to be held at the University of Edinburgh, Monday and Tuesday 1-2 July 2002. The conference is timed so that people can go on to the Joint Session of the Mind and Aristotelian Societies in Glasgow at the end of the week.

Registration

Registration should be done using the pdf Registration Form by 1 June 2002. Unfortunately we do not have facilities for secure on-line payment, so we ask you to print the form out, complete it, and sent it with payment to:

(The form is designed to print on A4 paper. On American Letter, reduce to 90% of size.) The basic conference charge is £45, to include lunch on both days. Dinner should be ordered separately; details are given on the form. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card; again, details are given on the form.


Location

The conference will be held in the St Trinneans Room, St Leonard's Hall, in the Pollock Halls of Residence, University of Edinburgh.

Pollock Halls are located about a mile South East of the centre of the city, at the foot of Arthur's Seat, and behind the Commonwealth Swimming Pool. The walk from Waverley Train Station takes around 30 minutes. Parking is available at the Halls.

Accommodation

Single rooms cost £27-£30 per night with shared bathroom, and £42-£46 per night with en suite; double rooms cost £64-£69 per night with en suite.
