Jean Ritchie is Service Director, IS Research Computing. She provides
strategic direction to the Edinburgh Compute and Data Facility (ECDF)
which includes a high-throughput compute cluster, and storage area
network (SAN).
She is
co-convenor of the University's IT Futures group, and chairs the IT
Committee's working group on Green IT. She is co-chair of the working
group on Research Data Storage.
