These pages provide some information about my activities and connections within the University. I am a member of the Higher & Community Education section of the School of Education of the University of Edinburgh's College of Humanities and Social Science. My primary teaching and research interests are around the MSc Programme in E-Learning taught in the School. For a number of years I was located within the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Assessment, and continue to work closely with colleagues in the Centre. My research and teaching interests are in the psychology of computer use, particularly the applications of information technology in teaching and learning. I taught for many years in the University's Department of Psychology, now located withing the School of Philosophy, Psychology & Language Sciences. In connection with my interests in online learning I work closely with colleagues in the University's Information Services. |
